My Davao Cyber Expo 2007: Davao Cyber Games Experience
Lessons I learned: Never ever form a team of players who do not have a "home base" and do not play with each other regularly. Practice makes perfect. Getting angry doesn't solve anything. Kung bawal, bawal... no qualifiers. Kung bawal trashtalking, bawal... no ifs, no buts. Rules are rules. Wag gumawa ng rules tapos di susundin or babaguhin. Delicadeza... alamin mo kung ano yun. Time is gold. Biases should be set aside, NO MATTER WHAT!
Exhausted
Ang dami kong gustong sabihin, gustong ilabas, gustong gawin... pero di na talaga kaya. I'm tired. I know the time will come, we'll get past this. I really hope we do. Makakaipon din ako ng lakas para magsalita. For now... let's just accept na ganito. What's done is done. Sana lang we all learned from this experience. Kasi sayang naman... ang daming napagdaanan, ang daming nangyari... sayang kung walang matututunan. Too litttle... too late boys.
All about Last Night…
Had a practice game last night against STQ2. I was pissed. One of my players was nowhere to be found. The others were late. Our official substitute was not available. GRRR... To top things off... they lost. Apparently, they learned nothing. Needless to say, I was disappointed and frustrated. I went out with some of the STQ boys. And boy, oh, boy did they lecture me. Ang masama... they're all right. Everything they said was true and it really hit me hard. Huhu... Pero di naman sila harsh. We spent the night drinking and bonding at Bakbak. Then, we transferred to the G-Spot at Wheels n More Drive. I had a lot of realizations last night, and most of it saddens me. But all in all, it was a fun night spent with new friends. Thank you boys!!!
