Coffee Brewing and the Farmers Market [March 14 2025 Davao Video Diary]
On this vlog, I attended a Coffee Brewing Session at Glasshouse. And then, I dropped by the Farmers Market at Rizal Park. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74BNU-vkfdw Coffee Brewing During the height of the pandemic, I was accustomed to brewing my own coffee. But most of the time, it was just me operating the coffee machine without much thought. I wanted to join the Coffee Brewing Sessions at Glasshouse because I found them interesting. Unfortunately, the schedule did not always match with mine. Fortunately, I finally had the opportunity to join last March. The session I attended was a special Women's Brewing Roundtable, a special session for Women's Month. This was an interesting session, albeit overwhelming. I learned a lot from it and I am now more interested in coffee brewing. Hope to join more brewing sessions more. During the session, I tried their Flat White and the Brown Butter Banana Cake. Strawberry Matcha and Biryani [March 10 2025 Davao Video Diary]

But I have so far loved Hojicha and Black Matcha. And my cousin urged (more like forced, actually) me to try Strawberry Matcha and I liked it. So on this day, I ordered Strawberry Matcha. Strawberry Matcha by &matcha Pourover Coffee by &matcha I think this is the first matcha drink I truly enjoyed. Some may say it's cheating because it has Strawberry. Maybe so but I was sincerely happy to be enjoying matcha for the first time. And all the while we were at a work meeting, by the way. Lightstick Key Rings and Banana Pudding [March 8 2025 Davao Video Diary]
Another day in my life. Got my Lightstick Key Rings. But I ended up with 4 key rings. Custom Lightstick Key Rings by Beadedz Key Ring with Charms by Joolz Custom Lightstick Key Ring by Lisieux The day prior, I left two lightstick acrylic charms with Beadedz. I had connected with them on Instagram somet time ago. They accepted my request to have a key ring made with my lightstick acrylics. Quite happy with how they turned out. I was undecided if I was getting anything from Joolz but I saw the pink latte cup charm and wanted to create a key ring with it. I chose two food related charms and had my Joolz key ring made. As I was on my way out, I saw Lisieux and I asked them if they could make another lightstick key ring. Meetings and Dia de Davao [March 7 2025 Davao Video Diary]
Long day. Short vlog. We had several meetings throughout the day. And we dropped by Dia de Davao by Clasico. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUHeB1azokU First, we had meetings at &Matcha. I had a latte. Every meeting was interesting but it was also quite exhausting afterwards. Dia de Davao Next, we dropped by Dia de Davao at Casa Vieja in Juna Subdivision. The flea market event is by Clasico Events. There was way too many vendors and shoppers than I am used to. It was quite interesting. I left my acrylic lighstick charms at one booth and we left. Eat's Sweet We had dinner at my cousins' house. After dinner, we had Lemon Cake from Eat's Sweet. This is part of my research for an article I writing about the Best Cakes in Davao. Work at Three Yards and Recuerdo Again [March 5 2025 Davao Video Diary]
Another month is here. Started the month with work at Three Yards. And dinner at Recuerdo again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tpQWCqUe10 Work at Three Yards First, a quick video guide on how to get to Three Yards if you are somewhere in Tulip Drive (Carlos Villa-Abrille Drive). Three Yards is located in Casiana Villa-Abrille Street, Juna Subdivision, Matina. It is at the back of EcoMed and on the same street as LTO. Fun fact: Carlos and Casiana were a married couple. Anyway, the Main Hall of Three Yards is located just a few steps from EcoMed Parking Area. It is covered by the bamboo and mango trees in the area but it is there. And just a few steps away is &Matcha. Back in March, both were not yet open to the public. Also back then, I was not really into matcha yet so I got coffee. I had Espresso Oatmilk Latte+.
