Kinda short day... Woke up late. Ate lunch. Surfed the internet. Disturbed by the noise of my cute nieces arriving. They're so adorable talaga!!! Went to Greenhills... again! Ate Unagi Sushi at Teriyaki Boy again! YUM! YUM! For only PhP100 and they don't charge an additional 10% service tax. Ate Crunchy Tiramisu and Fudgy Chocolate Cake at Cibo. SINFUL! Drank Mocha eXtreme at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and it definitely woke me up! My niece tricked us into buying stuff for her at Hobbes and Landes. I also bought pasalubong for my spoiled brat nephew/inaanak. Had birthday dinner at Sugi. I ate Tenderloin Steak... medium rare. GRAWRRR! Plan to watch Iron Man was cancelled. Met up with a friend at Starbucks in Podium. Had some Early Grey Tea and pretending to care about my weight and health, But before that spent around 30 minutes waiting for a cab. I also found another book I want to buy. Good thing I was sane and didn't buy it coz it's waaay over my budget. Had a very interesting conversation with my friend. ;) Stood along the road again to wait for a taxi for a long time AGAIN! Arrived home earlier…

Manila Day 1
I went GROSSLY overbudget... HUHU! Our flight PR 810 arrived slightly late. And there was this godawful kid on our flight who was crying most of the time. We picked up Winston and Blogie from the Cebu Pacific terminal. We then dropped off our things at Kuya Andrew's house, then went directly to Razon's for some lunch. Kuya and I shared on Pancit Palabok and Sizzling Bulalo. It was alright, I guess. I also had a sylvana. Then, we went back to the house to get some rest. At 7 pm, we were at Serendra at the Fort. VERY! VERY! VERY IMPRESSIVE! I fell in love with Fully Booked. Good thing I had self-control so I didn't buy anything. Kuya, Blogie and I then ate at Brazil! I am sooo regretting that decision. The beef, especially, the beef shank was sooo sinful. :( But I enjoyed it. Until my cousin, Tinky arrived and told us she was going to eat somewhere else since she wasn't in the mood for buffet. That's when madness ensued. We accompanied her to New Orleans where she had clam chowder and clammy pasta. I drank some tea, couple with the Mississipi Mud Cake which has…
CACS Skills Batch 3 Legacy Dinner
I was lucky enough to be invited to the Legacy Dinner of Batch 3 of the Skills Course the Center for Asian Culinary Arts. Aside from getting to eat all those yummy foods they served, I hosted the event. It was a virtually fuss-free gig. :) Oh, you're more interested in the food? While waiting for the buffet to open and the other guests to arrive, I munched on a Foccacia served with Chicken Liver Pate and Confit. I'm a fan of liver pate so I thoroughly enjoyed it. The pate had a nice smooth texture and was very flavorful. The focaccia was nothing extraordinary, but it had olives in it so YEY! They served three types of salads: Ceasar's, Waldorf, and Salad ala Greca. They also had California Maki, Manhattan Maki, Tekka Maki, and Tuna Sashimi, and Salmon Sashimi. I only got to try the sashimis because well, there was just to many people lining up and they ran out of the makis. The sashimis were fresh. The tuna was kinda cold and iced, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. There were two types of pastas and two types of sauces. I had Spaghetti with the Pomodoro with Italian Sausage.…
SUCCESFUL!
I AM SO TIREEED! I slept at around 4 am after worrying about some details for today's wedding. I woke up at 10 am, took a bath, prepared my arsenal, and swiftly left for Mommy's house. Upon arriving, we went to Bliss Salon where I had first dibs at the hair and make up chair. Mommy had to buy a bible first. LOL! My make-up was... dark. It was definitely something new for me. Then, I had my hair ironed but it didn't end up flat. After a while, my other cousins, Mommy, my other cousins, and a niece arrived. After my hair and make up were done, I went to Blu Gre to eat something. Then, I had my nails done. After we all had our new looks... me the gimikera, Marianne and Cha-cha the kontrabidas, and Mae-mae and Paigey the princesses... we went back to Mommy's house to dress up. Did I already say I love my dress? I DO! I love, love, looove my dress by Jon of Limited. When we arrived at the church, we took care of the processional, I read the first reading, took care of the offertory assignments, and took some photos. I…
