As with most other things in life, love is a gamble, a risk. The bigger the risk you take, the bigger the pay-off or the loss you suffer. There are no guarantees, the odds are never certain, and most of the time, what you end up with is so much more (or less) fulfilling than you expected. The results assault all your senses, and it hits every part of you, physically, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually. Whether the outcome of the gamble is positive or negative, it leaves you overwhelmed, as if you've been ran over by a ten-wheeler truck.

My Laptop Is…
...not working well. First, it would not detect the WiFi here in the office. Then, it would lag and hang. Imagine, even if mag-shut down na ako... may gana pa siya mag-hang. Ang saya-saya. I'm super worried. Magastos magpaayos. Huhu... And all my work depends on that laptop. Kahit ganun yun, mahal ko yun. Importante yun sa akin. I heart it. Huhu... I wanna cry pero what the hell... palabas na ang Harry Potter!!! My theory is... it conked out because I worked on it for more than 8 hours straight yesterday. Proud pa naman ako kasi it didn't "hang" yesterday, not even once. Not even if I was multi-tasking the entire time. RAWRRRRRR! Right now, I'm using my cousin's laptop. :(

Is Professional Gaming Possible in Davao City?
The Davao Cyber Expo 2007: Davao Cyber Games DoTA Championships (DCE-DCG) held last July 4, 5, and 6, 2007 at the NCCC Mall of Davao City was indeed a big success but marred by much problems and controversy. Organizers Kitsi Avila, Lester Avila and TJ (?) of E2 Events conceptualized the event to raise the level of gaming in the city to a professional one. Although the event may be considered as a success, it still begs the answer to the question that started it all: "Is professional gaming possible in Davao City?" I do not claim to be a veteran gamer, but I believe I can provide more than my two cents worth to this issue.
