Gwing's Pasalubong

Yesterday, while I was frolicking through the Butterfly House, a friend sent me an SMS telling me that Gwing wants me to go online so we could chat. But I couldn't... friend then sent me this message: "I know you're going to like my pasalubong." -Gwing Ano kaya yun? Hmmm... Today, Gwing and I got to chat... and her only clue was "It might have been featured on ShopChicks." HUWHAT?! We have hundreds of posts there... I know because I was the blog's main blogger and now the editor. :( We have posts on clothes, make-ups, shoes, bags, accessories, cute things, and even home stuff. ANO DUN?! ANOOO?!

Davao Bloggers' Summer Thingamajig

Here's what kept me busy for two days... THE DAVAO BLOGGER'S SUMMER THINGAMAJIG! Campo Agua in Sirawan, Toril: Crocodile Park, The Butterfly House, and Tribung Mindanaw: Oh diba? Camwhoring (lots of it), water, good food, exotic food (CROC MEAT!), culture, wild animals, and fun bonding... we did it all in two stressful days under the unforgiving heat of the sun. But it was fun, fun, fun! Participants: Ria, Andrew, Migs, Winston, Blogie, Dom, Chikai, Lovely, Tiara, Maribeth, and Raine Organizer: Jojie Alcantara More detailed write-ups, some videos, and much more photos soon! ;)

I'm Sick

I have so many things to do... blogs to maintain, businesses and events to run, people to deal with. But the weather is not cooperating. The daily weather here is veryyy weird. Most mornings are hot, while we have rains (strong ones) in the afternoons, followed by cool evenings. That is definitely not good. I have a weak immune system, and is an asthmatic. Sometimes my allergies characterized by sneezing, watery eyes, and colds are triggered by the erratic weather. NOT GOOD! I have already taken Ventolin for my asthma, Celestamine for my allergies, and multiply capsules of Fern-C to boost my immune system. GRAWRRR! I hope I start feeling better soon, because the alternative of talking stronger anti histamines will make me sleepy, and will render me unable to work. A bigger GRAWRRR!

Davao Bloggers' Summer Thingamajig

Still not tired from the Davao Food Appreciation Tour 2008, selected Davao Bloggers (including me!) will be having too days of fun and eating on April 4 and 5, 2008! HOOOHA! On April 4, we will be visiting the Campo Agua Resort in Toril. It's gonna be a whole day under the sun eating, bonding, camwhoring, and swimming (for some). Saya-saya!!! And we will eat different tilapia dishes. I looove tilapia (English name: Nile snapper!). Then, on April 5, we will be visiting the Crocodile Park. It's gonna be a day of camwhoring observing wildlife, making chika, and best of all... we're going to eat lunch at Riverwalk where the specialty is crocodile meat. EXCITING! Best of all, some new faces are going to join us. ANG SAYAAA! GRAWRRR! There are still a few slots left, sign up here. Photo of Campo Agua courtesy of Jojie Alcantara.
