Charisma. That’s what came to mind when I watched Bamboo perform live. His voice isn’t really earth-shaking, most of his songs sound the same… and I don’t even get the lyrics because he seems to mumble all the time. I am a bigger fan of his former band, and I have never adored his current band. But for that moment, when I was watching them, I was defnitely a fan.

Bamboo himself was so charismatic. He knew how to liven up the crowd and how to make them swoon and adore him more. He moved, sang and performed as if he was doing it for each person in the audience. He was passionate. And it was evident.

If he decides to start a cult, I wouldn’t be shocked if a lot of people would believe him. I think, he is that good in selling himself, albeit subtly.

So will I listen to his music more and watch him again? Only if it’s for free ulit. 😛
