May 1, 2008, Labor Day:
- Woke up early to meet up with a journalist/blogger. Went to Gateway, drank Cafe Mocha at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf because I was early. Then, we met up at Pancake House where we had a very interesting and lively conversation about blogging and the gaming scene.
- Went back to Kuya Andrew‘s house to rest but ended by twitting around and chatting with people.
- Left for Greenbelt at around 4 pm, went to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (again!) to have some Mango Smoothie and the Asian Chicken Salad.
- Met up with Ade to buy the tickets I reserved. We were 2 minutes late and the reservation was forfeited. We got tickets for an earlier showing. We waited for Poyt at Figaro. And we decided to go inside the cinema without Fritz since he has watched the movie the day before anyway. 😛
- Iron Man was in a word… greatawesometasticbulous!!!!
- We ate Nut Pesto with Chicken, Italian Sausage Parmigiana, and Puttanesca Pizza at A Venetto in Glorietta where Allan also showed up.
- I dissuaded Kuya from busy yet another laptop. HEH!
- He treated me to another round of eating at Friday’s. The Loaded Potato Skins and Mocha Mudslide were gooood! GRAWRRR!
- Kuya decided to catch the last Iron Man viewing of the day. And I went with him but ended up sleeping most of the time. HUHU!
- Now back in the house… twitting, chatting, blogging… ETC!
Tomorrow… a business meeting, DotA, and a hmmm… I don’t know what else. Any suggestions?
I was there at iBlog4 and 88db party. Sayang, we weren’t able to meet. Maybe next time! And reading what you post about Davao, parang gusto ko na tuloy mag-visit! 🙂
