Since high school, I have already been surrounded by geeks. Went to a geeky high school. Took up a geeky course in college. Now working with geeky people in a very geeky industry.
I do find geeks attractive. Even as a kid, I wanted to meet and date a guy with an IQ higher than mine. And I find smart guys fascinating, engaging, and interesting. I recently blogged that I am attracted to lawyers and engineers because I find them to be smart and geeky enough for me.
But what exactly makes geeks good lovers? Do other people also find them attractive? I turned to two blog posts from Awkward Things I Say to Girls and from Wired by Regina Lynn as references to discuss why geeks would make good lovers.

It’s so nice to hear it from the geek! 😉 Use your imagination huh? natawa naman ako doon… I agree na geeks are better… if not best partner, intellectually stimulating, nakakausap mo ng matino and not just of themselves…I am actually hunting, nay, stalking my geek. lol!

haayyzz.. I so can relate with the topic, I’m with a geek (as in hardcore eng’r. geek who joined Battle of the Brains) for 9 years… um, it’s complicated, being geekish myself, I call it a “power struggle” – our relationship..
Tungkol dun sa mga points discussed,i can say it’s a case to case basis.. there’s a huge variety of geeks, coupled with a variety of innate personalities. I can say my geek is just complicated.. hay.
we should have a discussion sometime ri! 😉
