So we attended a children's party over at Jim Haw's house, and we ended up playing a board game. We played Cranium, a fun mix of all the games we usually play: Charades, Pictionary, Guess that Song, Trivia, and more. Brendel was really good in humming. And Jim Haw? He's an encyclopedia. PFT! Kuya Andrew, of course, did well in drawing stuff. Lyle was good at sensing which trivia questions are trick questions. Some people, they sucked at spelling. LOL! I was the only one who didn't win a single game. :'( What made the game really fun were the boo-boos we made along the way. Chattee did a really fun acting out of "Karaoke Bar." LOL! And the clay sculptures were hilarious. Try sculpting on clay the expression "Can of worms." In a minute! Here are some samples of what some of us drew... try guessing what they are: (The clue/category for all is "thing" except for B which is a "band.") FUN TIMES!

Happy Birthday Kuya!
The Kuya ng Bayan with Ria and Gwing Mica said he is the bestest Kuya in the world, and I agree. While he is their family's bunso and he has no younger siblings, but he is everybody's Kuya. He is tons of fun and is very much adventurous. But the thing he loves most, I think, is eating. We went somewhere extra far last night just so we can try this new Korean restaurant. He's picky with his food though. He doesn't like liver, dried fish, bagoong, patis, and vinegar, among others. But when he does like something, asahan mo, we'll go to that place every chance we get. Although he's very fun-loving, he takes things seriously. He'll scold you and get scary when you're being pasaway. But he'll also allow you to be emo and cry when you have to. Nyeta! Kinantahan niya ako ng "A Little Fall of Rain" when somebody broke my heart. :-& And he gives good advice, too... "Ria, maghanap ka ng lalakeng mayaman." LOL! Seriously, he does. He is also every bloggers' Kuya. Formerly known as Mr. Alleba, he is now Mr. Ratified. He is the reason why I am now a blogger and…
My Kuya is My Pimp
One of the major reasons why I don't have a boyfriend or date a lot of guys publicly (LOL!) is because my Kuya, along with most of my other maternal relatives, are judgmental and have way too many requirements for a potential bf. So I dated a guy last week and I made chika to Kuya about it, here's a geist of our chat: Ria: I'm dating this lawyer guy. Kuya: What does he look like? Ria: Average. Kuya: How about dats? (Dats is short for datung or money.) Ria: Heller! He's a lawyer? Kuya: Are you sure he's not poor? Mahirap na kung poor. LOL! Ria: He has cars and he's going to *somewhere expensive* next month. Kuya: Ah, ok. Boto ako dyan! LOLS! Seriously though, I won't ever date a guy again, if he doesn't have my Kuya's and Gwing's votes. It's just easier that way. Plus, I know they judge guys better than I do. They did hate my ex after all. They are tough judges, and I know they won't like just anybody for me. Gwing, for one, wants a nice guy for me. Somebody who's not a two timer, and would treat me nicely. Kuya…
