At the BPI 24/7 Express Online site, you can enroll, edit, or remove your accounts. You can manage all of these accounts in one easy-to-read module.
And yes, you can even apply for new accounts. BPI 24/7 allows you to apply for new deposit, investment, and card accounts, or for a new loan. You don’t have to line up, wait, and fill up a form in the bank anymore. Just apply online and wait for further instructions.
By enrolling third party accounts (eg your partner’s or child’s account), you can also transfer funds to those third party accounts, with just the click of a button.
For most multi-taskers like me, Bills Payment can be such a hassle. Through BPI’s Express Online services Bills Payment becomes easy. And yes, I don’t have to wait for the bank to open or to rush to the bank before it closes. I can enroll my Credit Card, Loans, E-Commerce, Utility, Insurance, and Other Bill accounts and pay through the site. All in one place.
BPI Express Online also has other services which you thought you can only avail in the bank. If your ATM Card or Credit Card gets lost, you don’t have to report via bank visit or phone call anymore. You can report the loss via the website. You can also manage your investments portfolio via the BPI Express Online site.
BPI Express Assist
The new feature of BPI Express Online, which I love, is the BPI Express Assist (BEA) which allows me to set an appointment at a BPI branch.
BPI Express Assist (BEA) Online is a facility that allows you to fast track your banking time by reserving a time slot for you in the branch.
Set an appointment in 3 easy steps:
- Log in to your BPI Express Online account at www.bpiexpressonline.com and click on BEA Online or click on Other Services, and then click on BPI Express Assist Online.
- Set an appointment and submit your transaction details.
- Get your queue number on the spot.
Show up for your appointment and shorten your waiting time at the branch!
This service is currently available for selected branches only and I’m glad it’s available for some of the branches near my home.
I use the BPI Express Online services so much, I downloaded and use both the Android App and the iOS app.
